Coffee for Molly was inspired by Molly’s love of making coffee for her friends and family as a way to raise awareness of the vital importance of talking about mental wellbeing in safe spaces.
Over a drink of coffee, we can create spaces to speak to our friends and family about mental health and wellbeing – using these open conversations to reduce stigmas around mental health and help people in our communities find the support they need.
To help start these conversations, we created the MOLLY mnemonic, using Molly’s name with pointers on how to open a conversation.

Coffee for Molly is coming to universities this September to talk to students about online safety and mental wellbeing.
Come and chat with us in the following locations and pick up your free coffee in the process:
30/09/26 – New Buckinghamshire University Fresher’s Fair
