‘My Bag of Happiness’ packs

To help support Children’s Mental Health Week (first week in February) and Mental Health Awareness Week (middle of May) the Molly Rose Foundation has designed and produced ‘My Bag of Happiness’ packs for primary school pupils (Key Stage 2) aged between 7-11.  This resource is also great for supporting PSHE lessons and for any other occasion when it is important to reflect on happy memories and gain strength from these.

In the pack is a self-explanatory guide with suggestions on how to use the contents supplied.  In the pack there is an attractive purple organza bag containing an MRF-branded pencil together with a ‘luggage’ label and string, a sheet of different coloured stickers, a pack of post-it notes, a silicone MRF bracelet and a handful of our popular credit card-sized Where to Find Help cards.  To find out more about the MRF Help Cards Click Here.

If you are a teacher or parent and would like to receive one or more of these MRF ‘My Bag of Happiness’ packs please contact us via the email address:  training@mollyrosefoundation.org to submit your request, letting us know the relevant information (including your name, address, contact details, number of packs required etc).  Any additional background details you can provide us with about why you’d like one or more of these packs would also be appreciated.

MRF are also available to run workshops using the packs and will happily come into schools in the London area to do this.  Our trainers are DBS checked and are used to working with children in schools.  To arrange a workshop please contact us at: training@mollyrosefoundation.org.

If you’re struggling just text MRF to 85258 so you can speak to a trained volunteer from Shout, the UK’s Crisis Text Line service,
