We’re proud to share this collection of videos, created in partnership with Peerscroller, to support conversations with young people about how the online world can impact mental health and wellbeing.
Designed for use in lessons, group discussions or one-to-one conversations, these short videos explore a range of topics, from the influence of algorithmically recommended content and social media feeds to the role online spaces can play in shaping how we think, feel and see the world around us.
Featuring the voices and experiences of young people, the videos also encourage reflection on where and how to seek support, including how to start conversations with trusted adults about mental health. They provide an accessible and engaging starting point for exploring online experiences, promoting critical thinking and helping young people build healthier relationships with the digital world.
