At the weekend Sophie Raworth broke the news that Molly’s father, Ian Russell will be running in this year’s London Marathon on 26th April, to raise funds for MRF. It was only after Sophie persuaded Ian he should take up this challenge that she told him 26.2 miles is a long way! This will be Ian’s first marathon at the age of 56, he hasn’t run since completing a half-marathon, aged 19! It is particularly fitting as Molly was a keen runner. If you would like to support Ian.
