New year, new us! Molly Rose Foundation has relaunched its website, breathing fresh air into your portal for mental health support for the under-25s.
We have updated our Homepage, making it easier to navigate the resources we offer in helping reach those at risk of suicide and connecting them to the help, support and practical advice they need.
You’ll also find links to how to donate to our cause, request a pack of MRF ‘Where To Find Help’ cards or sign up to our monthly newsletter.
On our newly-designed Where To Find Help page you’ll also find our brand new counter which displays how many cards the charity has distributed since it began in 2017 – a whopping 184,000. Remember, just a £10 donation enables us to create 1,000 Help Cards.
From February, we will list the courses you can book with us on our revamped training page; whether it’s how to become a Youth Mental Health First Aid Champion, ways to open a crucial conversation in Suicide First Aid, our What is Mental Health two-hour workshop or our My Bag of Happiness activity for schoolchildren.

If you’re struggling just text MRF to 85258 so you can speak to a trained volunteer from Shout, the UK’s Crisis Text Line service
